The Primus-H 686 and above series / MGH 686 and above series 3D coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) are the latest generation AEH. Featuring a closed-frame precision mechanical structure designed using advanced international finite element analysis (FEA) technology, these machines are specially built for high-precision metrology. Composed of a fixed bridge and a moving worktable, the robust mechanical design ensures maximum rigidity, optimal stability, and minimal vibration—guaranteeing exceptionally high measurement accuracy across the entire measuring volume.
