The 2026 Xiamen Industry Expo, held alongside the 30th Cross-Strait Machinery and Electronics Fair, took place from 9 to 12 April at the Xiamen International Expo Centre. Under the theme of working together across the strait to reach global markets, it focused on intelligent manufacturing, digital enablement and the industrial internet, covering nearly 70,000 square metres with more than 700 established Chinese and international brands and close to 20 professional forums and industry matching events. One of the most significant industrial events spanning the strait, it has been held 29 times since 1997. AEH supported its Fujian distributor at the show to develop the South China and cross-strait markets together.
This edition used a hub-and-satellite format, running alongside the Xiamen Electronics Manufacturing and Information Technology Show and the Xiamen Quality Housing and Intelligent Construction Show, with zones covering CNC machine tools, metalworking, robotics and industrial automation. AEH's stand drew steady interest, with our team explaining what coordinate measuring machines do and where they earn their place. AEH supplies complete solutions across hardware, software and data, and plays a role that is hard to substitute in automotive, aerospace and defence work where accuracy requirements are unforgiving. Live demonstrations let visitors follow the measuring process and judge the accuracy for themselves. Watching the equipment run made the case better than any specification sheet.
