If enabler is how AEH now describes itself, what allows us to make good on it? The answer is the technology and industrial capability built into the company. This is not a grand story but a concrete foundation, and it determines how far we can go and how much genuine value we can create for our partners.

Enabling anyone else requires being solid yourself. At AEH, innovation is organised globally and practised locally: three R&D centres in Xi'an, Aschaffenburg in Germany and Cholet in France, working alongside research partnerships with leading universities. Behind more than 120 patents sit substantive contributions such as NET.DMIS, which holds German PTB certification - independent proof that our software meets the international benchmark, and a genuine alternative in one of the core tools of quality. Quality itself has to be designed in and built in: DFMEA at the design stage to prevent risk, all core motion components developed and produced in-house for end-to-end control, 28 critical control points on the line, and 48 hours of continuous stability testing. Every machine ships with that built into it.

Real enablement means solving the customer's actual difficulties, and our development work is organised around that in six areas. Where customers are held back by throughput, our embodied intelligence changes the terms: the machine learns to sense and adapt, parts can be set down in any position with the program matched automatically, complex measurement becomes up to 90% more efficient, and quality control shifts from analysis after the fact to sensing in real time. For complex parts such as aero engine blades, our dedicated blade measurement solution is well established; its distinctive dual-laser four-axis approach handles part distortion effectively and raises inspection efficiency by 50% at micron accuracy, in service on programmes including Xi'an Aero-Engine. Where both accuracy and completeness are needed, our multi-sensor measurement technology combines several probing methods in a single setup, with data fusion algorithms raising consistency of results above 99.5%.

Where customers are overwhelmed by volumes of data held in disconnected systems, our EMRP quality management platform acts as the intelligent hub, breaking down data barriers between equipment from different manufacturers to aggregate quality data in real time, raise early warnings and close the management loop — helping customers cut unplanned line downtime by 40%. For customers planning the factory they want next, our intelligent inspection cells combine robotics, automation and precision measurement to run unattended around the clock, an important step toward flexible, intelligent production.

All of this comes together in our commitment to a single source: end-to-end measurement solutions. From hardware to software, from standalone machines to integrated systems, we offer a full range of measurement products, and through the EMRP platform we connect deeply with customers' PLM, MES and ERP systems to build a complete digital quality loop running from measurement to decision.

This is the technical grounding beneath the strategy: a system that answers real quality problems and keeps developing. Moving closer to the customer's process changes not only the role but the depth of capability it demands. What we deliver is no longer just an accurate machine, but a systematic way to improve quality, sharpen efficiency and build a data asset. Because these foundations keep getting firmer, working with AEH means working with a capability that is dependable and still growing.
