ML Series The ML series features a finite element–optimized single-sided elevated bridge structure, delivering exceptional rigidity, reduced mass, and minimized geometric error. A fixed granite worktable with a 3+3 (or 2) support configuration ensures minimal deformation and outstanding overall system stability, while the granite construction of all three axes and the column provides superior thermal stability.
The Z-axis incorporates pneumatic self-balancing technology to guarantee smooth motion and high dynamic accuracy. Self-cleaning aerostatic air bearings combined with a hollow rectangular X-axis guideway enable frictionless operation, excellent resistance to angular deviation, and rapid response performance.
An integrated slot-type grating measurement system ensures high repeatability while effectively compensating for thermal expansion effects.
