AC-DMIS and NET·DMIS: measurement software developed in-house

AEH is one of very few domestic CMM manufacturers that develops both the hardware and the software, and the measurement software is the centre of that. AC-DMIS was certified by Germany's PTB in 2004 — the first domestically developed CMM measurement software to hold that certification — and remains widely installed and operationally mature.

NET·DMIS is the fourth-generation flagship, also PTB-certified, supporting standard DMIS and able to convert PC-DMIS and CALYPSO programs directly, so measurement routines on existing machines do not have to be rewritten. It is compatible with the UOS (统信) operating system for deployments that require domestic software stacks.

From measurement software to a quality platform

Measurement software answers "how does this machine measure this part". The value of the data appears once it is aggregated. The EMRP intelligent quality management platform consolidates inspection data from across the installed base, and together with SPC statistical analysis and AEH-MSA measurement system analysis closes the loop from capture through evaluation to traceability.

CMM data management, the supplier inspection data system and the physical and chemical laboratory management system cover the equipment, supply chain and laboratory ends of the same problem.

Specialised measurement software

Where general-purpose software runs out, dedicated packages take over. NET-GEAR evaluates gear profile, helix and pitch. AC-VANE handles turbine blade geometry. INCA 3D supports linking multiple measuring machines, additional rotary axes, 21 error correction terms, and temperature compensation for both machine and workpiece. AC-Optic and AC-Flash serve optical and vision measurement, and 3D vision measurement covers non-contact capture.

Check early whether your features fall inside a specialised package's scope. Forcing them through general-purpose software usually fails at the evaluation stage rather than the capture stage.
