Key Responsibilities
Core feature development: contribute to requirements analysis and design for measurement system software; own C++ coding, unit testing and technical documentation for core modules.
Testing, debugging and optimisation: run system integration tests, locate and fix defects, and continuously improve code performance, stability and maintainability.
Technical research and collaboration: track developments in measurement and related software fields, take part in cross-disciplinary technical work, and provide software support to other departments such as sales and marketing.
Requirements
Education: bachelor's degree or above in computer science, software engineering or a related field.
Experience and skills: 2+ years of C++ development experience; solid grounding in object-oriented design, data structures and design patterns. Experience with industrial, measurement or image-processing software is an advantage.
Personal qualities: clear logical thinking, strong analytical and problem-solving ability, good team spirit and a willingness to innovate.

Key Responsibilities
Installation, commissioning and handover: carry out on-site installation and accuracy verification of new machines and train customer operators; ensure equipment is accepted per contract and enters production.
After-sales support and maintenance: conduct follow-up visits, diagnose technical issues, clear faults and replace parts to keep equipment running reliably.
Customer relationships and feedback: maintain strong customer relationships, gather on-site information on equipment performance and latent needs such as retrofits or upgrades, and feed it back to the relevant departments.
Requirements
Education: college diploma or above in mechanical, electrical, automation or a related discipline.
Experience and skills: 3+ years of on-site installation and technical service experience with precision instruments, CNC machinery or electrical equipment; able to commission mechanical and electrical modules independently and solve practical problems hands-on.
Personal qualities: a strong sense of responsibility, excellent customer communication and service attitude, and willingness to travel frequently.
