We are in the middle of a genuine paradigm shift. The value system of manufacturing is being quietly but thoroughly redrawn: competition is moving from the pursuit of peak specifications on a single instrument toward the certainty, resilience and adaptability of the production system as a whole. What customers need has changed with it. They are no longer looking only for an accurate figure describing what already happened, but for a living system of understanding that reads the present, anticipates what is coming, and supports the decision. Like a rising sea level, this redraws the coastline and requires every vessel to recalibrate its compass and its sails.

AEH's answer is a single position: technology built around the people who use it. That is a commitment, not a tagline, and commitments have to be built, explained and delivered. A strategic turn of any weight stays trapped inside the company unless people outside it can see and recognise what changed. So it had to become a language — one that works through sight rather than explanation, and carries a shared picture of where we are going.

That realisation set off a systematic review and rebuilding of the company from the inside out. It began with a clear-eyed account of our own makeup: the engineering philosophy formed where our R&D operations in Xi'an, Aschaffenburg in Germany and Cholet in France meet; the drive to keep digging deeper technically, now represented by more than a hundred proprietary intellectual property rights; and the practical outlook, shaped by solving genuinely difficult problems alongside leaders in aerospace, electric vehicles and precision manufacturing, that answers only to real industrial problems. It deepened through repeated argument about what enablement actually means. Real enablement is not capability pushed in one direction or tools simply stacked on top of one another; it is capability built jointly, on mutual trust and shared goals. What matters is not only which technologies we hold, but how we turn them into a solid foundation that customers can operate easily, build value on continuously, and embed in their own processes.

All of that thinking had to resolve into a complete and communicable brand identity: a bridge between our strategy and how every partner outside the company understands us, turning an abstract idea into something people can feel and agree on.

AEH's new brand identity is now ready in full. This is not a surface-level refresh but a disciplined act of visual translation. Precision as the foundation, people at the core, enablement in practice — that idea is carried consistently through the primary mark, the colour system, the typography, the motion graphics and the rules for spatial application. In the new mark, a supporting structure representing people grows out of precise coordinate geometry and resolves into an 'A', standing for both advancement and anchor. It is the most concise visual statement of our thinking: technical depth exists to enable human creativity, and in doing so to shape a more advanced future. The system as a whole works quietly and firmly, raising the standard of everything we present and carrying a clear commitment to quality that needs no elaboration.

Launching a visual system is an opening, not a conclusion. It gives AEH a clearer identity to bring to the work of making manufacturing more advanced, more intelligent and more sustainable. From here, this language runs through every product we release, every solution we deliver and every project we take on. It honours the road behind us and commits us to the one ahead.

Everything is ready.
