The 2026 Chongqing International Industry Expo, held together with the 26th Lijia International Intelligent Equipment Exhibition, took place from 28 to 31 May at the Chongqing International Expo Centre. Covering 90,000 square metres and bringing together 1,300 established Chinese and international brands, it drew steady traffic to the stand AEH supported for its Chongqing distributor.
Trade visitors, engineers and buyers from automotive, aerospace and precision machining came to the AEH stand to talk about measuring complex parts, controlling quality on the line and verifying high accuracy. AEH exhibited the Daisy 8106 moving bridge coordinate measuring machine, which uses a precision slanted beam designed through finite element analysis together with a fully enclosed frame, balancing rigidity against weight, and runs measurement software developed in-house. It is widely used in aerospace, automotive manufacturing and precision components, and suits both workshop and metrology room inspection, holding accuracy while remaining cost-effective. The exhibition extended AEH's reach across south-west China and brought the distributor closer to manufacturers in the region. Discussion at the stand around automotive components, tooling and general machinery was lively, and several customers indicated they intend to run trials and specify equipment.
Chongqing is building out its 33618 modern manufacturing cluster system and pushing intelligent and digital upgrading across industry, and demand for precision measurement equipment continues to grow with it.
